COLOMBO: The Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) General Secretary, has filed a Ranjith Madduma Bandara has filed a Fundamental Rights (FR) Petition at the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka against the Finance Ministry Secretary and other officials citing violation of citizens’ fundamental rights by not allocating funds to conduct the Local Government polls.
