COLOMBO – Aingaran Wigneswaran’s “ Sivagurunathan in Sri Lankan Journalism “ book launching ceremony was held at the Tamil Sangam Association Sankarapillai Hall, Wellawate, Colombo on Sunday July 16.
It was organized by Kalashuri Sivagurunathan Memorial Committee to mark the 20th anniversary of former ANCL Thinakaran chief editor late Kalashuri E. Sivagurunathan.
It was held under the patronage of Chief Editor of the Thinakaran and Thinakaran Varamanjari T. Senthil Velavar.
Sri Lanka Broadcasting Corporation (SLBC) Advisor Hassim Omar received the maiden copy of the book from chief guest ANCL Lake House Director Editorial Sisira Paranathanthri at this ceremony.
President Colombo Tamil Sangam Nadarajar Kandeepan , Ganam Magazine Chief Editor T. Ganasekeran , A.M. Nehiya and Former Additional Secretary , Ministry of Education, Thillai S. Nadaraja also address the gathering
