COLOMBO : Former Minister Mervyn Silva has been arrested by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID). former parliamentarian was reportedly arrested at his residence by a team of CID officers this Wednesday evening on March (5).
Silva is currently in custody at the Criminal Investigation Department.
