Former Governor Salley warns of Zionist action to oust Imran Khan as Pak premier

COLOMBO : Former Governor for Western Province and National Unity Alliance Leader Azath Salley made an appeal to all the people and legislators in Pakistan on Monday, March 28 to allow Imran Khan as premier to continue his noble services not only to his nation but also to the world community as well.

Salley was speaking to Colombo Times on the eve of National Day celebrations in Colombo on Tuesday, March 29.

“ There is a Zionist move to topple the stable and steady government of Imran Khan who has been doing yeoman services to the people of Pakistan and to the Islamic Ummah,” he said, pointing out the Zionist actions all over against Islam and the Muslims.

Khan is a charismatic leader who had proved himself as a dedicated and devoted politician who has committed himself to the good of the common man, Salley said.

He has been a successful stalwart in promoting an organized campaign against Islamophobia and has taken it up at the OIC level to 57 Muslim countries.

He said Pakistanis and their legislators should not be misled by these unscrupulous so-called leaders who have become victims of Zionist actons. Sri Lankans in general like Imran Khan not only as a great sports but also as a decent statesman, he concluded.
