COLOMBO : Foreign minister Ali Sabry bade farewell to the Ambassador of Palestine Dr.Zuhair M.H. Zaid at a dinner on Friday evening on August 16.
“ I admired the courage and the resilience of the Palestinian people in the midst of their darkest times. Sri Lanka has always been, and will continue to be a friend of the Palestinian people. We will stand by them, through thick and thin for as long as it takes for them to achieve a just, equitable and lasting solution to their legitimate goal of peaceful statehood,” Sabry said in a statement to Colombo Times on Saturday,August 17
