
MALE ;Expolanka Leisure Group has achieved a notable dual success at the South Asian Travel Awards (SATA) 2026, with its travel brands securing both Gold and Silver in the Leading Travel Agency (Outbound) category.
Classic Travel Sri Lanka was awarded the Gold Award, marking the company’s third Gold win in the category, while Travel Classics Bangladesh secured Silver for the second consecutive year.
The achievement places two companies within the same group at the top of one of SATA’s key categories, highlighting ExpoLanka Leisure Group’s growing presence across South Asian travel markets.
The South Asian Travel Awards recognize leading companies and professionals across the region’s travel and tourism industry. Winners are selected through a combination of industry voting and evaluation by a panel of judges and tourism professionals.
According to ExpoLanka Leisure Group, the latest recognition reflects the performance of its travel brands and their focus on customer service, innovation and the delivery of travel solutions across different markets.
