In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

On the occasion of Eid al-Adha of the year 2025, I am pleased to extend my warmest greetings and sincere wishes to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, Prime Minister, Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, along with the people of Saudi Arabia, expatriates in the Kingdom, and the entire Islamic nations.

On this auspicious occasion, I also extend my sincere greetings and best wishes to the government and people of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka while I take this opportunity to express my spirits of friendship and appreciation to the Republic of Sri Lanka, its leadership and people, emphasizing our deep appreciation for the friendly relations and cooperation between our two countries in various fields, which serve the interests of our two friendly countries and promote peace and development.

We pray Almighty Allah to preserve security, progress, and prosperity for our two friendly countries and peoples, and to bring back for us this blessed occasion with goodness and peace.
