COLOMBO — The Sri Lanka Malay Association (SLMA) had organised an Education Fair with top Malaysian Universities at the Association auditorium on Saturday December 20 to mark the 103 years of celebration.
It was held under the patronage of President of the Sri Lanka Malay Association Mrs. Sabrina Jayah.
The chief guest of the ceremony, Counsellor of High Commission of Malaysia Khairul Iskandar Bin MD Yusof congratulated the Sri Lanka Malay Association celebrating 103 years of history. He said Malaysia and Sri Lanka, two nations, had very close relations for decades. He thanked the Education Malaysia Global Services for participating in this exhibition fair.
The Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS) Director Digital Marketing Shahrill Sabarudin explained about Malay Culture. He pointed out the value of high quality education and what Malaysia offers. He invited Sri Lankan students to come to Malaysia for their higher studies.
The Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS) Director Digital Marketing Shahrill Sabarudin, Regional Marketing Manager, South Asia, Marketing, Communications and Branding Moeen ud Din Ahmad Khan of Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS) were also present.
Representatives of Education Malaysia Global Services along with Malaysian Universities, Colleges, Advanced Level and Ordinary Level students with parents were present.
