COLOMBO : Dr TM Naseef, MBBS, MD(Col), ESC, nephrology (UK), has been appointed as Nephrologist(Kidney specialist) in National nephrology specialised hospital, in Polonnaruwa.
He is the son of Mr Thasim from Poolachenai.
He studied his primary education in Poolachenai MMV, Nuraicholai MMV and did O/L in Zahira National School Puttalam. He studied A/L in Al Manar central College Maruthamunai.
He obtained MBBS in Rajarata University, MD (Doctor of medicine) in Colombo University, PGIM. He worked in both Sri Jayawardenepura General Hospital and National Hospital, Colombo for training in nephrology. He also obtained experience in St George’s University hospital, Tooting, London to become a consultant.
