Prime Minister Dr. Harini Amaraseuriya emphasized that improving education quality requires addressing systemic weaknesses and supporting principals professionally, including fair salaries and career development.
She highlighted plans to enhance teacher training, fill long-standing vacancies, digitize administration, and improve school infrastructure, ensuring all secondary schools have proper digital connections and facilities by year-end.
