COLOMBO – Dr. Badi ud Din Mahmud College, Colombo hosted the Children’s Skills Development Project under the Amazing School Project held at the Postal Auditorium, Colombo on Sunday October 26.
The programme was which was sponsored by the Past Pupils Association of College,was held under the patronage of Principal of the College Ash Sheik A.S.M. Safrin.
This Amazing School Project conducts many subjects such as Sinhala, Maths, Science, English and History during the last one year. Students staged several performances such as song, dance, drama etc. The organisers presented certificates to the students for several performances. Also honoured teachers for their active participation in this project.
Amazing School Project staff presented a memento to the Amazing School Project Coordinator and Head of the Department of Technology Stream Zahira College A.W.Abdul Azeez for his leadership for this education project.
Old Boys Association President I. M. Anees, Secretary A.K.M. Hakeem and Members including SDS members, Colombo Municipal Councilors Kaleel ur Rahuman, Mohamed Jaufer, teachers, parents and students were also present at the event.
