Following high-level discussions between Sichuan University officials and Deputy Minister Prof. Ruwan Ranasinghe, several key agreements were reached for Sri Lanka’s tourism sector.
As a world-leading university in tourism studies, Sichuan University fully agreed to provide financial and technical support for Research and Development (R&D) in Sri Lanka’s tourism sector. Additionally, the university committed to launching tourism education scholarships and future student exchange programs for Sri Lankan students.
