COLOMBO : The Ministry of Public Administration announced here on Monday that the heads of all government institutions will be empowered to decide on the number of employees required to report to work from tomorrow (27).
The relevant circular will be issued tomorrow, the Secretary to the ministry said.
Accordingly, state sector offices will operate with a limited number of staff from tomorrow due to concerns over the spread of COVID-19.
