RAJAGIRIYA — CaFFE -campaign for free and fair Elections had an informative discussion with Canadian High Commission Political unit representatives at CaFFE Head Office, Rajagiriya recently.
The second secretary (political) Patrick Pickering and Political Officer G. Sahithyanan took part in the discussionThe discussion contained current political status, election preparation for the upcoming elections, past election monitoring experience, voting rights of the public / vulnerable group, voters education and women participation in politics etc. Executive Director Manas Makeen chaired the discussion with the CaFFE team. CaFFE administrative director Ms. Surangi Ariyawansha also participated in the discussion.
