The cyclonic storm ‘BUREVI’ is now located closer to coastal area in between Mannar and Pooneryn and it is gradually moving away from the island.
Showers or thundershowers will occur at times in the Northern, North-central and North-western provinces and in Thrincomalee district.
Several spells of showers may occur in Western and sabaragamuwa provinces and in Galle and Matara districts.
