COLOMBO — The Bangladesh High Commission in Sri Lanka celebrated its 53rd Anniversary of the Independence and National Day at the Shangri-La Hotel , Colombo on Tuesday March 26.
It was held under the patronage of High Commissioner of Bangladesh Tareq Md. Ariful Islam.
Chief Guest of the ceremony was Minister of Transport and Highways Minister of Mass Media Bandula Gunawardena.
Minister of Justice Wijeyadasa Rajapakshe, Minister of Education of Sri Lanka Susil Premajayantha, Minister of Foreign Affairs Ali Sabry and High Commissioner Ariful Islam joined the chief guest to cut the anniversary cake at this ceremony.
