MAKKAH : The Ambassador of Sri Lanka to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Ameer Ajwad, paid a courtesy visit to the headquarters of Rehlat Wa Manafe Company, the new Haj service provider for 3,500 Sri Lankan pilgrims who will perform Haj during the forthcoming Haj season in May this year.
During the visit, the Ambassador met with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Rehlat Wa Manafe Company, Mohammed Al-Taiab Al-Khuzami, along with his team responsible for various services related to Haj rituals, particularly in Mina and Arafah. Discussions focused on the arrangements being made to ensure the smooth and efficient performance of Haj by Sri Lankan pilgrims.
The Ambassador expressed confidence in the capabilities and extensive experience of Rehlat Wa Manafe Company, while emphasizing that the well-being and smooth facilitation of Sri Lankan pilgrims remain a top priority. Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to maintaining close coordination to ensure that all necessary arrangements are in place well in advance, thereby enabling Sri Lankan pilgrims to perform their religious obligations in a safe, comfortable, and spiritually fulfilling environment.
