COLOMBO : Parliamentarian Namal Rajapaksa was today (29) further remanded until October 13 after the Colombo Chief Magistrate’s Court rejected an application seeking his release on bail in connection with the high-profile Airbus bribery scandal.
The case was taken up before Colombo Chief Magistrate Asanga S. Bodaragama, who ruled that sufficient grounds had not been presented to justify granting bail to the suspect.
