Hosted at Colombo Kitchen, this immersive experience runs from 24th January to 30th January 2026The festival was formally inaugurated by His Excellency Dr. Purna Bahadur Nepali, the Ambassador of Nepal, marking a significant cultural bridge between Nepal and Sri Lanka.
The Flavours of the Peaks
Led by the expertise of Chef Tilak Bahadur, Head Chef of Bayu and a native of Nepal, the menu is a curated map of the country’s diverse topography. From the fiery spices of the lowlands to the hearty, warming dishes of the mountains, guests can indulge in an authentic buffet featuring: Momos Live Action Counter: Freshly steamed dumplings served with traditional chutneys. Mutton Thupka Soup: A soul-warming Himalayan noodle soup. Chicken Choila: A spicy, grilled Newari delicacy bursting with smoky flavours.Terai Mustard Fish Curry: A tribute to the fertile plains, showcasing the delicate use of mustard and local spices.
