COLOMBO – An 18-year-old from Malta has been arrested with ingredients supposed to be used in manufacturing Methamphetamine ‘Ice’ during a raid in Weligama, police stated.
The individual has been apprehended during a raid conducted at a location in Weligama suspected to be used for production of ‘Ice’ narcotics, according to police.
